Coaching is available as a VIP day and starts at $5000. You also receive:

• personalized exercise recommendations
• personalized menu options
• email and Voxer support for 90 days after your VIP day
• cooking demos
• wellness gifts
• up to 7 hours of my undivided attention

Coaching is also available for 3-, 6-, and 12-month packages.

Coaching starts at $2500 for three months; there is a 3-month minimum to work with me.

Good candidates for coaching:

• Are ready to do the work
• Have ditched the excuses
• Can dedicate a couple of hours a week to meal prep (or hire someone else to do the prep)
• Can exercise 2-3 days per week
• Consider themselves a winner and high-achiever

Coaching is NOT a good fit for you if:

• You have a list of excuses a mile-long
• Think fitness and health are only for certain people
• Need to allocate your funds to bills and taking care of your family
• Cannot set aside time for coaching, fitness, and meal prep
• Have deep, inner trauma that needs a licensed counselor or doctor to resolve
