My name is Wendy Coop and I am a plant-based chef and type 2 diabetic.
I show people how to make simple, healthy meals that also allow you to save money and time in the kitchen. I sharpened my skills during the pandemic in order to cook healthier meals for myself and my husband.
I am also trained as a personal trainer and integrative nutrition health coach. In addition to that, I write and create content to help people save money and get their personal finances together.
I’m also a veteran, military spouse, and graduate of the United States Naval Academy.
It is my pleasure to help you save money, save time, and make healthy meals.

Live classes are 90 minutes each.
No. Although I will provide the recipes before class, you are free to just watch as I prepare the dish.
Yes. You will receive a recording of the class so you can review the materials at your own pace.
Yes! We will cover the same recipes in both classes this month. You are free to attend as many classes as you like.
There is a limit of 8 participants per class.
The goal is to offer two classes per month. the March classes are March 23rd and 26th.
Yes! I teach private classes. I teach in-person classes in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine, Florida. Classes are held in the client’s home.
